The staging incorporated neutral tones, natural textures, and clean lines to enhance the home’s architectural beauty while providing a welcoming atmosphere.

• Kitchen & Connected Seating
  The heart of the home features a sleek, modern kitchen with a striking island that includes connected seating. The design merges elegance with functionality, offering the perfect spot for family gatherings and entertaining.

• Master Suite
  The massive master bedroom is a private retreat, complete with a dedicated office space and a large sitting area. I incorporated plush textures, refined decor, and a neutral palette to emphasize comfort and serenity.

• Living Spaces

  The open-concept living room features oversized, cloud-like sectionals, modern accent chairs, and statement art. A dramatic fireplace wall anchors the space, adding a luxurious focal point.

• Recreational Spaces
  The staging includes a fun and functional entertainment room featuring a cozy sectional, Wine Cellar and game table.

This project celebrates modern simplicity with an organic touch, perfect for showcasing a home that feels both sophisticated and livable. Every design decision—from the light-reflecting furniture to the choice of decor—was made to highlight the home’s natural beauty, creating an open, inviting atmosphere for potential buyers.

Beverly Drive

This stunning three-story new construction home was thoughtfully staged to highlight its spacious open floor plan, modern elegance, and entertainment-ready design. Over the course of three days, I carefully curated a selection of high-end furniture, neutral tones, and sophisticated decor to create a warm, welcoming space that feels both luxurious and livable.

I chose a neutral color palette featuring creamy whites, soft beiges, and charcoal black accents, which blend seamlessly with the natural wood tones throughout the home.

This luxury staging project highlights the home’s natural flow, elegance, and functionality, ensuring it appeals to prospective buyers who value both design and lifestyle.

819 Masterpiece

This three-story, 5-bedroom Santa Monica home is a masterpiece of contemporary design blended with playful personality. Designed for families and entertainers alike, the house features a spacious living room, family room, dining room, two bar areas, a state-of-the-art theater, office, yoga/exercise room, sauna, entertainment room, and a stunning wine cellar. Outdoors, a luxurious pool sets the stage for relaxation, while an in-home elevator adds seamless functionality to this expansive layout.

To capture the home’s modern yet inviting vibe, we opted for neutral tones accented with bold pops of color and fun, funky shapes in the furniture selections. A breathtaking fireplace serves as a central focal point, splitting the living and family rooms with elegance and style. Cozy corners throughout the home provide the perfect spaces for families to unwind, while entertainment areas in the basement invite guests to gather and enjoy.
